All product images and logos on Dockery-Design.com are the sole property of Dockery Design, LLC and are not authorized for alternate use or additional advertising outside of Dockery-Design.com, DockeryDesign757 on Facebook, and _DockeryDesign757 on Instagram.
Customers conducting business with Dockery Design, LLC agree that they have carefully read each item description and understands when an item purchased is either a digital download with no physical product, or a physical product that will be shipped to them. Any failure to fully read and understand the item category being purchased will fall on the customer and may not be refunded.
Digital downloads may be used by the customer to create physical products for sale. The re-sale or further online publishing of purchased digital files is prohibited.
All efforts will be made to print Direct to Film (DTF) images true to color as requested, variations in colors may be expected due to screen settings on computing and mobile devices and will not automatically warrant a resolution or refund if the colors are not exact.
Customers acknowledge warning that any resin products purchased are not food-safe or non-toxic, are not dishwasher safe and could potentially experience damage from long-term sun exposure. Resin should not come into direct contact with food or drink items and are for decoration purposes only. Keep resin products away from small children to avoid accidental harm.
Customers acknowledge warning that any cutting boards with laser engraving are not recommended for food preparation due to compromised surface of the wood that could potentially increase bacteria and food-borne illness. Any utilization of laser-engraved cutting boards for food preparation is at the risk of the customer, and the customer shall not hold Dockery Design, LLC accountable for any bodily harm as a result.
Customers agree and understand that when purchasing handmade items, imperfections and variations are to be expected within reason. All efforts will be made by Dockery Design, LLC to adequately package items to prevent damage during shipping. Imperfections in an item and damage incurred during shipping are two separate concerns, and reconciliation will be at the discretion of Dockery Design, LLC.
Placing an order
All orders placed on Dockery-Design.com are reviewed prior to fulfillment and customer may be contacted for further information. If there is a custom order for apparel, some options may not be available via website, and Dockery Design, LLC will communicate with the customer to offer further options and finalize the order. If the customer fails to respond, Dockery Design, LLC will fulfill the item per the details the customer indicated on the online form.
An accurate email and phone number must be provided and 3 attempts to contact customer will be made. Additional time can accrue for custom orders and fulfillment will be on hold until the final determination is made between Dockery Design, LLC and customer in agreement on the final product to ensure it is correct.
Delivery
Once an item is complete, a shipping label will be created with USPS. Tracking is included with all orders and any updates are on the responsibility of USPS to provide the customer for any changes or delays in shipping. Typical shipping times once a label is created is 5-7 business days.
Large apparel orders require 1-3 weeks to process; this does not include shipping timelines.
For those located within the locality, local pick-up arrangements can be made available upon request.
Shipping is only available in the continental US. International shipping is not available at this time.
Returns & refunds
Dockery Design, LLC is a strictly handmade business without mass production or quality control team. All efforts are made to provide quality products and craftsmanship. Returns and refunds will be on a case-by-case basis, and Dockery Design, LLC reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if the items purchased were per the customer's request and at no fault of Dockery Design, LLC. Returns or refunds may be strictly limited to wrong item or quantity miscount.
Should Dockery Design, LLC miscount and ship an order with missing items, either the missing items will be shipped, or the customer may request a store credit. Orders should be opened immediately when they arrive to the customer, and any missing items should be reported within 24-48 hours of receipt to qualify for replacement.
All product returns must be in their original, unused condition. Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
